Five Promises

Five Promises that I Make To Each Client

I have built my practice on two principles: delivering superior personal services and helping to win the largest award possible for each case. I emphasize five promises to every client:

The Promise What the Promise Means What Clients Say
Personal Service I will keep you up-to-date and speak to you frequently – at least once every two weeks. “I appreciate that she pays close attention to me and my case.”
Focus on Your Case I prepare six client reports for you, including a detailed case assessment. I consult with you at every step of the legal process. “Carol has kept me abreast of the progress of my case…The best parts of the service provided are the representation an consultation of what will come next.”
Availability & Responsiveness I will give you my cell phone so you can always contact me and I return all calls promptly. “She let me know what was going on and she said she will call me back in 10 minutes, in 10 minutes she called back.”
Fight for Maximum Value for Your Case I have won some of the largest cases, but what matters is getting the most for your case. No lawyer can guarantee an outcome, but I will do my best to get you the maximum value. “Even though my case is pretty small in terms of money, she still treats my case as though it is very important to her.”
Faster Action The legal process is very slow, but I have developed an approach that presses for settlements early. If a settlement does not meet your needs, I push very hard to move your case to trial as quickly as possible.  settlements early.  “I liked walking into Court and seeing that so many judges and lawyers knew my attorney. It gave me confidence.”
